Boho Dining
Boho-style restaurant interior designed by Mind Interior Design — featuring oak wood, terracotta accents, and white brick walls that create a warm, modern boho atmosphere.
Modern Escape with a Touch of Soul
In the heart of Belgrade, Boho Dining was imagined as a space where city life meets laid-back charm — a restaurant that feels both vibrant and calm, familiar yet full of personality. The client wanted something unmistakably boho, but with a modern sensibility that resonates with urban guests.
Where Bohemian Spirit Meets City Living
The concept began with a simple idea: to bring warmth, texture, and authenticity into a modern dining space. Boho Dining blends rustic charm and contemporary detail, creating a place where every corner tells a story. From the moment you step inside, the space wraps you in earthy hues — terracotta, oak wood, and lush green accents, all layered with natural materials that invite touch and comfort.
Design Style & Atmosphere
The style can best be described as Boho-Modern-Rustic — a delicate balance of handcrafted imperfection and refined structure. Creamy beige tones soften the industrial lines, while white brick walls and oriental-inspired decor add a global charm.
But the soul of the space lies in its textures: oak wood meets matte green walls, terracotta tiles contrast the crisp white backdrop, and warm lighting enhances the layered natural palette.
The Focal Point: The Green Wall Panel
Every restaurant needs a statement — a moment that captures attention and becomes part of the experience. Here, it’s the curved green wall panel beside the seating alcove. It’s bold yet calming, a spot that instantly draws the eye — and the cameras. Designed with today’s visual culture in mind, this corner is where influencers and guests alike will find their perfect backdrop.
A Dialogue Between Old and New
What makes this project truly unique is its respect for the past. The space previously had rustic ceiling beams painted in yellow, and instead of covering them up, Mina chose to keep them — transforming what could have been a constraint into a character-defining feature. They now add a nostalgic warmth, creating continuity with the location’s previous life while giving it a fresh, reimagined identity.
Challenges & Creative Solutions
Designing a boho-inspired interior in an urban context came with its challenges. The goal was to avoid clichés — to make it authentic without being predictable, cozy without feeling cluttered. Mina approached this through thoughtful contrasts: balancing handcrafted textures with clean lines, and mixing earthy colors with soft neutrals to keep the space light and elegant.
A Space Made to Be Remembered
Boho Dining isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a mood. A reflection of freedom, creativity, and warmth, made tangible through design. From morning coffee to evening cocktails, the space flows effortlessly, inviting people to relax, connect, and feel at home.
