Modern Workspace

Integrated bike rack inside modern office with concrete surfaces and minimal industrial decor

A workspace built for real life — where design meets movement, and even the bike racks feel intentional.

Modern Retro Inspired Office

In the Workplace project, Mind Interior Design reimagines what a minimalist office can be — warm, balanced, and quietly bold. The goal was simple yet challenging: design a minimalistic professional space that doesn’t feel sterile or repetitive, but still stays true to the calm logic of minimalism. The result is a modern, retro-inspired office that captures attention through texture, subtle color, and light. Each element feels intentional, every surface part of a visual rhythm that balances focus with inspiration.

Design Concept: Soft Modernism

The inspiration behind the Workplace interior was to create a pleasant, color-infused environment that avoids being flashy. Instead, color appears in refined ways — through tinted glass partitions, natural wood, and concrete textures that play with shadow and depth.

The colored glass became the defining feature — filtering soft hues throughout the space and lending movement to light. It’s a design gesture that makes the minimal composition come alive without breaking its restraint.

Material Palette & Style

The visual identity of the space is guided by contrast and cohesion:

  • White brick adds texture and brightness.

  • Concrete finishes bring structure and an urban tone.

  • Natural wood introduces warmth and balance.

  • Colored glass gives personality and fluidity.

  • Minimal lighting emphasizes the geometry, not the fixtures.

The result feels effortless — a clean and inviting workspace that blends modern precision with retro softness.

Design Challenge

Creating a minimal office that doesn’t feel monotonous is no small feat.
The challenge was to maintain visual clarity while introducing warmth and individuality. Mind Interior Design achieved this by layering textures and materials in a way that sparks quiet intrigue. The interplay of transparency, reflection, and solid form keeps the eye engaged without crowding the space.

A Subtle Glamour

Though minimal in form, the Workplace carries a quiet glamour — not in shine, but in restraint.
It reflects the studio’s philosophy that elegance comes from balance: the balance between matte and gloss, warm and cool, private and open. The tinted glass becomes a modern interpretation of classic glamour — a nod to old Hollywood allure translated into a contemporary workspace.
